Grade Point Average (GPA) Calculator

The University of South Alabama uses a 4.0 grade scale.  The GPA used to determine academic standing and honors is based on coursework completed at the University of South Alabama only.  Students may access their unofficial transcript on PAWs to view their current GPA as of the last completed semester.  The GPA calculator provided below can be a handy planning tool for helping students determine the grades needed to improve their GPA or to reach a desired GPA goal.  Note: Grade replacement is not figured into the calculation.  Please check with your academic advisor if you have questions regarding GPA.

Students may use the GPA Calculator to project their current semester’s GPA and overall Institutional GPA. Access the GPA Calculator.
