Student Services

All students who live on campus are required to have a personal mail box to receive mail; thus the post office box number is the student's campus address. Roommates can not share post office boxes unless it is with immediate family member (same last name).

Payment for students residing in Campus Housing is included in the Resident Hall Contract. For those students leaving campus during the summer and wishing to retain their mail box, there will be a charge of $10.00, payable by check or cash. We do not accept Credit/Debit cards.

The window service is opened Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm except holidays. The window is closed Saturdays and Sundays. The hour of operation for JAGFEST weekend will be 10:00 am - 2:00 pm on Saturday for the purpose of renting post office boxes only. Lobby hours are from 7:00 am - 10:00 pm seven days a week.

Incoming freshman students may submit box rent payments before their arrival on campus if they wish. Make checks (no cash) payable to USA and send to:
