The newest addition to the residential community is scheduled to open August 2013! This four-story traditional residence hall will house 350 first-time freshmen two students per room. Each room contains its own bathroom while students will have their own personal lavatory in the living area of each room.  The new building will include one classroom that seats 25, two large study lounges, two community lounges, a large laundry room, 2 Community Director offices, and 1 Faculty member office. 

Similar to Stokes Hall, this building will be home to numerous Residence Life staff members.  Between the classroom, the live-in staff members, and multiple Learning Communities, this new hall has such an academic focus those who choose it are already on a path to success!

The New Residence Hall Community is considered part of the Northwest Area of Housing.  The New Residence Hall Community Office will be located inside the front doors of the hall with the staff being accessed through the front desk.  Routine matters should be handled during business hours which are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday; however, there will be a staff member available or “On Duty” to assist with emergencies at any time.  The Community Office is prepared to assist with maintenance requests, housing questions, room change requests, concerns, and lock-outs for residents of this community.

The New Residence Hall Community Director’s office will be located behind the front desk of the New Hall.  The CD has office hours Monday – Friday, 1 p.m. – 5 p.m.  If they need the CD outside of these office hours, the office staff or RA On-Duty can assist them with getting connected.
