As a student, you have a wealth of choices to choose from when it comes to on-campus housing. There are six different Housing Communities available to you: Beta/Gamma, Delta, Epsilon, Greek, New Hall, & Stokes Hall. Each type of housing has its own unique set of features & floor plans. Whether your plans include taking classes the entire academic year or simply during the spring or summer semesters, you can find housing with us on-campus. Housing & Residence Life is sensitive to the needs of our residents, & we make every effort to make your experiences on-campus the best that they can be.
Residence Life staff is in the building & available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Resident Assistants, Community Directors, Desk Assistants, & Area Coordinators.
Remember, just one charge a semester covers all of your housing expenses including cable TV, wireless Internet, electricity, water, garbage, pest control, campus post office box, free maintenance & unlimited laundry!!!

SUITE-STYLE for TWO
Suite-Style rooms feature a bedroom for each resident connected by a shared bathroom.
APARTMENT STYLE for TWO or FOUR
Apartment Style units are designed for 2-4 residents who share a living room, bathroom, and kitchen.
- Two Bedroom Apt. for 2: One student in each bedroom
- Two Bedroom Apt. for 4: Two students in each bedroom
- Studio Apt. for 2: Two students in an open-concept room for the combined living/bedroom area.
