You have voluntarily agreed to live in & become part of the South Alabama residential community. By signing a Residence Hall Contract, you have acknowledged & agree to follow Housing & Residence Life’s community standards as outlined in the Residence Education Handbook
. These community standards have been established in the best interest of the residential community at large in accordance with other University policies, local, state, & federal laws, & input from previous residents.
