HRGames is a Jeopardy-style competition, which tests students’ knowledge of human resources using the Human Resource Certification Institute’s body of knowledge. The games exist to promote human resource education, the value of the certification exam and showcase the development of students, according to the Society for Human Resource Management.
The event was sponsored by the Society, the Richmond Human Resource Management Association, and VCU. In addition to the HRGames, the conference provided students with educational and networking opportunities.
