USA Day

Discover all the opportunities of being a South student! USA Days are special Saturday campus visitation days for prospective undergraduate students and their parents. The event is held on the Main Campus of the University of South Alabama in Mobile. Event check in starts at the Mitchell Center at 8:00am CT.

USA Day planned activities include:

  • Campus Information Fair - Preview Campus Organizations and opportunities, learn about our academic programs, and meet many of our current USA students
  • Meeting with Deans and Faculty in all academic colleges as you preview your major
  • USA Advantage - a panel of current South students share their experiences
  • Information Sessions for Transfer Students
  • USA Honors College Preview Session
  • Tours of Campus, which includes a residence hall tour
  • The Office of Admissions will be open to answer questions regarding Admissions and Scholarships and other college-related topics
  • Complimentary lunch for you and your family

Check in is from 8:00-8:45 a.m. CST. The program will start at 9:00 a.m. and conclude by 2:30 p.m. 
 
Check out all South offers! On Friday, February 24th, South hosts our Minority Preview Night. Designed to showcase student organizations from the Office of Multicultural Student Affairs, this event is a great way to find yourself at South.
