Dr. Mike Wojciechowski graduated from the Mitchell College of Business in 1978 with a degree in marketing. He earned a MBA in finance from South in 1981, and a doctorate in organizational leadership from Pepperdine University in 2013. Wojciechowski serves as a clinical professor and senior lecturer in the Fred Kisner School of Entrepreneurship at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California, teaching new venture creation and social entrepreneurship to both undergraduate and MBA students. In 2018, the Kisner School of Entrepreneurship named Wojciechowski its Professor of the Year. In addition, Dr. Wojciechowski received the Impact Award from the USA Mitchell College of Business, which was given to the 50 most impactful graduates in the first 50 years of the school’s existence. He is a 2025 recipient of South's Distinguished Alumni Award.
Wojciechowski is chairman of Affordable Housing Advisors. He has been involved in real estate acquisition, structuring and development for both public and private investment for 40 years. He has analyzed or overseen the analysis of more than $10 billion in real estate, resulting in the raising of over $5 billion in investor funds. He has been instrumental in developing more than 60,000 apartment units across 15 states, all aimed at providing affordable housing for families through the Section 42 Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program.
Wojciechowski has been actively involved in entrepreneurship and has acted as a principal and/or investor in more than 40 different companies. Additionally, he sits on a number of boards where he contributes his experience and expertise in the areas of governance, strategic planning and entrepreneurship.
