2018 Summer Camps

The Department of Campus Recreation is pleased to offer summer camps in our state-of-the-art Student Recreation Center. Camps focus on recreational and physical activities such as swimming, rock wall climbing, ping-pong, outdoor games, sports, and more.


USA Student Recreation Center at 51 Stadium Blvd, on the corner of Stadium Blvd and Old Shell Road.


Session 1: June 4-8, 2018
Session 2: June 11-15, 2018
Session 3: June 18-22, 2018
Session 4: June 25-29, 2018
Session 5: July 9-13, 2018
Session 6: July 16-20, 2018
Session 7: July 23-27, 2018

We will not offer summer camp the week of July 30-August 3.  Our Aquatics program will offer Splash Week from 8:00-11:00 AM that week. 


Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM each day. Children may be signed in as early as 7:30 AM and picked up as late as 5:30 PM.


Incoming 1st-8th graders. Campers must have completed kindergarten and may not be entering high school. No exceptions.


The cost for on-time registration is $195 per week, per child for children/grandchildren of Student Recreation Center members and $225 per week, per child for children/grandchildren of non-members. Each week includes lunch every day in the all-you-can-eat dining hall on campus.  On-time registration for each camp session closes the prior Thursday at 11:59 PM.  

If a camp is not full, late registrations are accepted in person the Monday of each camp session at 8:00-8:45 AM at the Student Recreation Center front desk.  There is an additional $25/child charged for late registrations.   Only credit/debit cards are accepted; no cash or checks.  Please see our registration deadlines and fees for specific dates and fees.

Camp Staff:

Camp counselors are USA students who are certified in American Red Cross CPR/AED/First Aid, have completed our in-house staff training, and have passed a background check. Certified lifeguards supervise all pool activities. The Outdoor Adventures staff supervises the rock wall.
