1) United States Citizen or Permanent Resident
2) Enrolled/accepted for enrollment in SoC
3) Attend school full-time during scholarship
4) 3.2 GPA (Undergrad) / 3.5 GPA (Master's)
5) Meet criteria for Federal employment
6) Able to obtain security clearances

Obligations:

1) Work in Federal, State, Local, or Tribal
government organization for 2/3 years in
cybersecurity
2) Summer internship
3) Attend annual NSF job fair
4) Academic program track in cybersecurity
