Instructions: Miller Analogies Test
The Miller Analogies Test (MAT) assesses the analytical thinking ability of graduate school candidates—an ability that is critical for success in both graduate school and professional life. The MAT helps graduate schools identify candidates whose knowledge and abilities go beyond mere memorizing and repeating information. The MAT is an excellent option for candidates applying to any of the hundreds of graduate programs that accept MAT scores.
Two Step Instructions:
1. Purchase the Miller Analogies Test (Registration Fee)
From UCWC webpage, click on “Schedule a Test.” Choose Miller Analogies Test—Registration Fee. Pay the $50.00 fee.
2. Purchase your testing appointment (Testing Fee)
From the UCWC webpage, click on “Schedule a Test.” Choose Miller Analogies Test—Testing Fee. Pay the $30.00 fee. This fee is non-refundable/non-transferable. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, there will be another $30 fee for the new appointment.
The testing center will contact you to schedule a test date once both payments to
UCWC has been made.
On the Date of the Exam
- Arrive 5 minutes early
- Bring a current government issued photo ID with signature (such as driver’s license or passport)
