Out of State Employees – On the Job Injury Program

The University of South Alabama, USA HealthCare Management, LLC, and the USA Health Care Authority strive to protect its employees from undue financial hardship resulting from qualified job-related injuries, illnesses, or disabilities. The list of programs below are based on your state of residence and the state where you conduct University business. In the event of an on-the-job injury, to apply for the benefits listed below, you must reside and conduct University business in that State. If your State is not listed below, please visit Accidents While on the Worksite for information related to the on-the-job injury benefits that will apply to you.
