Welcome to the 2016 Gulf Coast Fitness Expo, November 11^th -13^th at the University of South Alabama’s Student Recreation Center.  USA’s Department of Campus Recreation and Center for Continuing Education and Conference Services wants you to “Vote for Fitness!”

The Gulf Coast Fitness Expo is created by and emphasizes collegiate recreation students and professionals.  However, all health and fitness professionals are encouraged to attend and present.

Why attend?

• Learn.  Whether it’s a workout or piece of equipment, you’ll get new plans for your classes and clients.

• Network.  Come face-to-face with other fitness professionals and connect with those who share your passion for health and fitness.

• Refresh.  Seeing and hearing others’ ideas can motivate your own path.

• Continuing education.  AFAA and ACE certified professionals will earn CEUs.
