What's included with my room?

Living on campus with USA Housing means you get the full campus experience with modern amenities and top rated support all at affordable rates!

• Your room rate includes your own campus mail box, digital cable, Ethernet & wireless internet access. Plus all of your utilities (electricity, water/sewer, heat/air, garbage service, and pest control) and unlimited laundry access are included!
• You will also be supported by housing and facilities staff who are available 24/7.
• All residence hall rooms are furnished with a bed frame (adjustable height), mattress, desk, chair, and closet or wardrobe for each student. Additionally, each room comes with its own fridge or mini-fridge (size depends on the room type). Visit our Room Furniture page for more detailed furnishings information. 

What's included with my meal plan?

Living where you learn means that eventually, you'll need to eat. With the dining experience at South, your choices range from using your Bonus Bucks at our popular retail locations (including Starbucks, Moe's Southwest Grill and Chick-fil-A) to unlimited visits to our Fresh Food Company with a Jag Pass plan! It's more than just 3 meals a day.

• The meals portion of each meal plan is available at the Fresh Food Company, South's all-you-care-to-eat dining location. If you have a Jag Pass plan, you can visit as many times as you'd like during hours of operation! The Fresh Food Company is located on the 2nd floor of the Dining Hall adjacent to the residential communities.
• Bonus Bucks supplement your meal plan and are accepted as payment at all USA Dining locations. Unused Bonus Bucks roll from fall to spring but expire at the end of the spring term.
