USA History Club to Sponsor Free Speech Panel

The USA History Club will sponsor a panel discussion, “Free Speech in Historical Perspective,” at 6 p.m., Thursday, in the auditorium of the USA Marx Library.
Panelists will be J.D. Crowe, political cartoonist and columnist for Alabama Media Group and al.com; Dr. Nadar Entessar, chair of political science and criminal justice, and specialist in defense and security issues in the Middle East; and Dr. Daniel Rogers, professor of history, who specializes on modern Europe. Gabriel Gold-Vukson, History Club president, will moderate.
The panel discussion is an annual presentation of the History Club. The event is free and open to the public.
