Steven Trout published World War I in American Fiction:  An Anthology of Short Stories (Co-edited with Scott D. Emmert) and gave an invited lecture, titled "Memory on Parade: The First World War in American Fiction, Film, and Song," at the University of Central Missouri, Towson University, and the University of Oregon.
