SouthFit group fitness classes, May 2020
Hello Jaguars!
SouthFit continues to offer free virtual fitness classes and we have a new schedule for May 4-30, 2020. All Zoom registration links are on our SouthFit website.
Mondays: Barre at 12:15 PM and Bootcamp at 5:30 PM
Tuesdays: Meditation at 4:30 PM
Wednesdays: Circuit Training at 12:15 PM and Yoga at 5:30 PM
Thursdays: Beginner Fitness (5/7 and 5/21) and Chair Yoga (5/14 and 5/28) at 5:45
PM
Fridays: BodySculpt at 12:15 PM
Saturdays: Yoga at 8:15 AM
