Alert USA Module
Allows alerting the University community by posting a custom message that is displayed
at the top webpages across the entire USA’s CMS Platform including the University
Homepage. Alerts are divided into Emergency and Non-emergency categories.
Administrators can easily access the module: www.southalabama.edu/alertusa
Administrators can easily activate and update the module
Custom notification including:
- Alert Title
- Alert Message
- Alert Link
Activation of Alert features including:
- Emergency Alerts - Red
- Non-Emergency Alerts – Blue
Provides a function Preview before publishing
Available in both:

- Ou Campus Mobile – 10.4
Follows CMS group access privileges

Allows archiving alert notifications
Can be integrated with Non-CMS websites and other University applications
Updates Module
Allows Web Services group to easily notify the University Webmaster community about
the latest updates to the CMS platform including launch of new features, site wide
republishing and more. Easily activated, this Module provides multiple functions including
publishing to Latest Updates gadgets, publishing to the CMS login pages, publishing
announcement graphics to Login pages, and sending email notification to Webmasters.

Tutorials Gadget
Allows Web Services group to share video tutorials with webmasters on how to use
different CMS features. Tutorials Gadget is automatically updated and available in
both Ou Campus Dashboard and Sidebar locations.

Administrators can easily add, remove, and update the video tutorials
Allows up to 9 video tutorials at a time
Gadget is active by default
