The Fresh Food Company is embracing the concept of “Meatless Monday” in an effort to promote personal health and the health of the planet by reducing meat consumption. Experience this meatless menu at the dining hall this Monday, October 23rd between 10:30 am and 2:00 pm. While the official slogan of the meatless movement is “once a week, cut the meat,” dining services will be offering their Meatless Monday four times a semester.
