Friday, Feb 28, 2025: Science Fair in the Jag Gym

• Student Check-In and Poster Setup: 7:00am-9:00am
• Protocol/Board Check: 9:00am-10:00am
• Welcome from MRSEF Director: 10:00am-10:15am
• Welcome from New Student Recruitment: 10:15am-10:30am
• Interviews & Judging Period : 10:30am-12:00pm (Students must stand next to their projects; Teachers & Parents must exit JagGym floor)
• Final Judging: 12PM-4PM (Only judges and MRSEF staff are allowed in JagGym; students are released at 12PM)
• Poster Board Pick Up: 4:00pm-6:00pm

Saturday, March 1st: Award Ceremony in the Jag Gym

• Senior Division Award Ceremony: 9:00am-9:30am
• Junior Division Award Ceremony: 9:45am-10:15am
  • Best-In-Show Interviews for Senior Division 9:30-10:15am (occur during Junior Division Award Ceremony)
• Best-in-Show Awards: 10:15am - 10:30am
• Final Poster Board Pick Up 10:30am-12:00pm
• NOTE: Any posters left in the JagGym after 8am Monday (March 3) will be recycled by the JagGym custodial staff. The JagGym will be closed from 12PM Saturday through Monday at 8AM.
