Location

The Center for Academic Excellence is located on the second floor of the Marx Library.  Check in for both subject and writing tutoring is located on the south side, outside room 206, near the government documents book stacks.

Sunday 2:00pm-8:00pm

Monday-Thursday 10:00am - 8:00pm

Friday 10:00am-4:00pm

Hours may change during holidays and home football game days.

Labor Day Weekend

Sunday, September 1st: Closed

Fall Break

Thursday, October 10th-Friday October 11th: Hours based on tutor availability.

Sunday, October 13th: Closed

Thanksgiving

Wednesday, November 27th-Sunday, December 1st: Closed 

Final Examinations

Monday,  December 9th- Thursday,  December 12th: Hours based on tutor availability.

Appointments and Drop-Ins

Both the writing lab and subject tutoring services work with students on an appointment basis. We are happy to accommodate drop-ins whenever possible between our scheduled appointments.
