These conditions will be very hazardous to small craft. Otherwise, a moderate to occasionally strong onshore flow early this morning will become more westerly during the day today. Winds become northerly and decrease somewhat by Friday night, with a light to moderate offshore flow then prevailing through most of the weekend.
